POPE Negroni

Easy to make and refreshingly bitter. The Negroni has its origins in Italy in the 20th century. The Negroni is originally made with gin, but the fruity and sweet notes from POPE play well with the bitter ingredients and make for a fantastic drink.


  • 4cl POPE rum
  • 4cl Campari
  • 4cl Sweet Vermouth

How to

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice
  2. Shake to cool down the ingredients
  3. Strain into a whisky glass or similar low ball glass over ice.
  4. Garnish with orange peel
